A whiskey gets its color and character from the cask in which it ages and matures. This Double Cask Whiskey goes through the process twice. The first 5 years of maturation in a new charred oak barrel make it a bourbon, the second time in decades-old Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

    Very smooth

    This is a very smooth bourbon for its 100 proof. First time trying Wyoming Whisky, but I was not disappointed. The aroma is warm and hints of a little fruit and vanilla. The palate is a very smooth, berry-like experience that lingers well on the finish. A very easy sipping bourbon.
