Vinous 90 points - Medium-dark straw-yellow. Sweet spices, baked apple and poached pear on the rich nose. Then creamy and ripe, with soft peach and citrus flavors that last and last. Not as fresh as the Cuvee Parestige disgorged in autumn, but a lovely sparkler nonetheless. Disgorged in winter 2017/2018, this is a 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Nero and 15% Pinot Bianco blend made with grapes picked in a rather hard-to-fathom 134 different vineyards! Spent 28 months on the lees.
