Aged 15 years and bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), non-chill filtered and at natural color, this Speyside malt comes from the distillery Billy Walker, Graham Stevenson and Trisha Savage bought back from Pernod Ricard in October 2017 and rebuilt into a two-time World's Best Single Malt winner at the World Whiskies Awards (2021 and 2025). Maturation leans on Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads, the cask combination Walker chose specifically to amplify GlenAllachie's signature butterscotch-and-chocolate spirit character rather than bury it.

On the nose, dusty oloroso, black raisin, dried fig, orange zest, hazelnut puree, and a thread of maple syrup over warm cinnamon.

On the palate, dark chocolate, heather honey, mocha, toffee, espresso, and roasted walnut, with warming oak spice riding a thick, oily texture.

The finish is long and elegantly sherried, closing on cocoa and gentle clove.
