Our new world bourbon, made with the Syndicate’s distinct traditional mash bill, features locally grown New York selected corn, rye, and malted barley.
Our mash bill is selected New York State corn, wheat, and malted barley, “wheat forward”, then distilled in Pot Stills to make our single barrel Bourbon. Sweet, floral, soft in taste and after aging in new American white oak barrels it developed into a rich, flavorful spirit, with hints of honey, vanilla, caramel and burnt orange.
