It is characterized by an intense ruby red color, with violet reflections. The nose opens with an intense and intriguing bouquet of ripe cherries, plums and small black berries, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of mint and tobacco. On the palate it is structured and harmonious, characterized by very fine tannins, enhanced by a pleasant freshness. The wine has a persistent finish with an aftertaste of black berries and cocoa.
Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with game and mature cheeses.
