Matured for a minimum of four years, Ragtime Bottled In Bond Rye features a 75% rye, 13% corn and 12% malted barley mash bill and qualifies for the Empire Rye designation as all of the rye grain comes from NY State. Opening notes of sweet cherry, caramel and vanilla merge with hints of baking spice, charred barrel, and burnt orange that linger through the finish.
