Rabbit Hole Amburana 12 Year Old Founder’s Collection is a Kentucky straight bourbon from a mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, aged 12 years and finished in new Brazilian Amburana oak barrels with heavy toast and #4 char. This cask-strength release (125.4 proof, 62.7% ABV) draws exotic flavors from the Amazon-sourced wood, traditionally used for cachaça, resulting in a golden amber hue and limited production of 1,299 individually numbered bottles. Founder Kaveh Zamanian selected this exceptional bourbon from his private collection to showcase innovative whiskey artistry.

Fragrances of vanilla, toasted walnut, caramel, and cherry mingle with coconut, dried cherries, passion fruit, fresh ginger, candied stem ginger, light brown sugar, floral vanilla, lime zest, and roasted nuts for a vibrant, tropical profile.
