This was the perfect wedding champagne! The bottle is beautiful, the champagne - oh how it bubbles. Truly a decadent experience. The customer service is also top notch.
I feel as if I was misled by the web-site's declaration of "2 day shipping". I ordered on a Wed evening and paid the extra charge for 2 day shipping. My order didn't arrive until Monday. When I voiced my frustration to customer service, I was told that their policy is 2 business days...not 2 calendar days. When I pay extra for expedited shipping, I expect it to arrive as advertised.
