It undergoes a innovative double cask finish: 12 months in Caribbean rum barrels for molasses and tropical sweetness, followed by one month in unique maple syrup barrels—previously used for Penelope bourbon then maple aging. Bottled at 93 proof (46.5% ABV), this limited Cooper Series release delivers balanced savory, sweet, and oak spice notes.
