Production: Distilled in small batches, Single Barrels bottled, hand labeled and numbered
Tasting Notes: The nose is deep and inviting, with lots of dark brown sugar, tootsie-roll chocolate, and toffee notes, underlying with softer citrus, leather, and cooked apples.
The palate explodes with brown sugar, honey, and leather, underlying dark cherry, licorice, and well-aged oak. It is woody and peppery.
The finish brings waves of leather and oak, with a nip of ginger and balanced baking spices to the mix before that deep cherry note continues long past it all.
