This is a harmonious rosé Champagne that's crisp and lacy in texture, with juicy raspberry and white cherry fruit flavors accented by hints of candied pink grapefruit zest, chalk and apple blossom. It is clearly in line with the Nicolas Fueuillatte champagnes and well worth it, especially at this price point.
