Ironclad Distillery Co.'s Straight Bourbon Whiskey starts as their proprietary four-grain mash bill. Distilled from corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley, the craft bourbon is aged at the independent Virginia distillery for over two years in 30-gallon barrels. The charred oak barrels bring out cinnamon forward notes of freshly baked goods. Notes of vanilla, oak, and dark stone fruit roll through this smooth sipper.
