Garrison Brothers Sonora Straight Bourbon 108PF is crafted at Texas's first legal bourbon distillery using a sweet mash of 74% white corn, 15% soft red winter wheat, and 11% malted barley from local farms, fermented for four days and distilled to around 140 proof on copper pot-column stills. The clear "white dog" spirit ages in new American white oak barrels under Texas's extreme heat, with dramatic daily temperature swings accelerating flavor extraction through intense barrel interaction and a high angel's share up to 32%.
