We have perfected a well-balanced expression of true Tennessee spirit in our whiskey that hints of fig and chocolate along with a high note of sweet caramel.  We small-batch distill our local organic corn and rye to set the tone for this limited release, then pair it with a partner whiskey from just down the road.
