A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Malvasia from Napa Valley's Soliloquy Vineyard. The Chardonnay sees partial malolactic fermentation, and 20% new oak aging. The Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasia were fermented and aged in stainless steel and concrete. Enjoy this aromatic, full-bodied white with cioppino.
