Elijah Craig 12 Year starts off with roasted caramel and toasted vanilla, dry cherry and apricot, licorice, roasted oak, smoke, grilled pineapple, cinnamon, cotton candy. I like how it bounces back and forth between being sweet, roasty, fruity, herbal, and tropical.
