Full bodied and nicely complex, this ripe and concentrated wine exudes ripe fruit, light smoke and black pepper aromas and flavors while offering a satisfying sense of heft and structure. The black-cherry and black-plum flavors are rich and concentrated, verging on sweet and softening the effect of moderate tannins.
