The aromas of Clos Pegase Cabernet Sauvignon are expressive, offering up generous plum notes, alongside vanilla and undertones of heady jasmine. The palate starts off smooth and then builds with moderately powerful tannins that drive the intense and evolving finish of this wine. On the palate red fruits alongside, white pepper notes and rosewood combine to deliver complexity. After time to open up, black cherry notes, with coconut husk begin to show themselves.
