This is the first ever Brut Rose Vintage released by Billecart-Salmon. Instantly identifiable as a Billecart-Salmon Rosé from its burnished coppery tint, this leaps from the glass with aromas of strawberry, melon, citrus, and fresh herbs, followed by a mouthful of red berries and pink grapefruit, white pepper, with a touch of burnt sugar and tart pomegranate in the long luxurious finish.
A terrific wine to drink all the way through dinner - elegant enough for crudo but with the weight for Beef Wellington.
Blend: 55% Chardonnay, 45 % Pinot Noir
