Angel's Envy's sixth Cellar Collection release is the first in the series to receive two cask finishes. It blends straight rye whiskeys aged eight to eleven years, part finished in peach brandy casks and part in toasted oak barrels, and bottles them at 106.4 proof. Expect candied peach and gentle baking spice on the nose, a cobbler-like palate of ripe orchard fruit, vanilla cream, caramel, and clove, and a finish where confectionery sweetness gives way to peppery rye and soft oak. Limited to roughly 36,000 bottles, this is a standout pour for rye lovers and collectors who prize inventive cask finishing.

The sixth release in Angel's Envy's Cellar Collection, this Kentucky straight rye was crafted by Master Distiller Owen Martin from a blend of ryes aged between eight and eleven years. It is the first in the series to receive two cask finishes. One portion rested 15 to 23 months in peach brandy casks, and the other spent six to twelve months in toasted oak barrels before the two were married together. It is bottled at 106.4 proof (53.2% ABV).

Candied peach and table syrup lead the way, lifted by gentle baking spice. Hints of vanilla and oak round out the aroma.

Ripe orchard fruit layers over vanilla cream, while caramel and clove bring a warm, cobbler-like richness. Cinnamon and toasted oak add depth beneath the fruit.

Confectionary sweetness gives way to peppery rye spice. Soft oak and fruit sugar linger through a long, warming close.

This is the first Cellar Collection whiskey to undergo two distinct finishes, pairing the lush fruit of peach brandy casks with the structure of toasted oak. Only about 36,000 bottles were produced, making it a true limited edition for rye enthusiasts and collectors alike.

Sip it neat to appreciate the interplay of stone fruit and rye spice, or add a few drops of water to open up the vanilla and baking spice notes. It pairs beautifully with peach cobbler, pecan pie, or a cheese board at the end of an evening.
