This wine is enjoyable now and will continue improving for years. Ripe black cherry framed by a subtle oakiness dominates the aromas of this medium-to-full-bodied Pinot Noir. Smooth, silky tannins embrace earthy cherry and strawberry flavors with subtle oak tones of vanilla spice. Wonderfully versatile for pairing, we have enjoyed this wine with pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, ribs, aged cheese, venison, and an afternoon BLT.
