Amally is produced by one of the most important and recognized families in Oaxaca using traditional artisanal methods. It is made of 100% Agave Espadin and its natural smoky flavor is derived by cooking the best agave plants in a conical stone oven on mesquite and ocote, woods native to Oaxaca. These ingredients give Amally its particular character and unique flavor.
