Dixon Dedman is a renowned master blender known for resurrecting the Kentucky Owl brand. This aptly named whiskey marks the birth of his new brand. It's a limited-edition blend of two proprietary mash bills from two distilleries: one with moderate rye content, the second a high-rye bourbon.
