1792 Cognac Cask Finish is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, using the same high-rye mashbill, fermentation, and distillation as the flagship Small Batch Bourbon. It matures first in charred American white oak barrels, then finishes for at least six months in hand-selected ex-Cognac casks on the top floors of rickhouses for intensified flavor interaction. Bottled at 95 proof, this permanent portfolio addition blends bold bourbon tradition with French elegance at an accessible $38 SRP.
