Buy Cognac Online in Texas (2026): Hennessy, Remy Martin & More from Bourbon Central

An unlabeled cognac bottle between two snifters in front of a vintage map of Texas on a dark wood bar

Texas drinks cognac with confidence. In Houston it has been part of the city’s music and nightlife for decades, in Dallas it shows up after a steakhouse dinner, and in Austin and San Antonio it is a favorite for a slow night on the patio. Bourbon Central ships cognac to Texas with tracked delivery, and this page covers the bottles Texans buy most, from an everyday mixer to a holiday XO.

The Houston and Dallas staples

Hennessy V.S Cognac ($47.99) is the bottle most people in Texas picture when they think of cognac. It is bright and fruity with a little oak, and it works in a Sidecar, a ginger highball or over a large ice cube. If you want a smoother, more floral pour, Remy Martin VSOP Cognac ($62.99) is the usual upgrade, and it is just as comfortable neat as in a cocktail. More of each house is in the Hennessy collection and the Remy Martin collection.

For an Austin sipping night

Remy Martin 1738 Accord Royal ($74.99) is richer, with plum, vanilla and toasted oak, and it is a good bottle to pour after dinner on a warm Texas evening. It pairs well with dark chocolate and pecans, and it is the natural step for a whiskey drinker curious about cognac. If you already like bourbon, our whiskey collection is a good place to compare.

For a gift or a celebration

Remy Martin XO Cognac ($159.99) and Hennessy XO Cognac ($179.99) are the two bottles Texans reach for when the occasion matters, such as a promotion, a wedding or the holidays. Both are rich with dried fruit, spice and a long finish. See our Christmas cognac and brandy gift guide for eight bottles by price, and our beginner’s guide to cognac if you are not sure what VS, VSOP and XO mean.

Shipping cognac to Texas

Orders ship from our warehouse with tracked delivery to addresses across Texas, including Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and El Paso. An adult 21 or over must sign at delivery, so choose an address where someone will be home. Order a week ahead of a big holiday, since the most popular bottles sell out first. Add a gift bag at checkout if the bottle is a present.
