Frequently Asked Questions
Have any more questions? Let us know!
Is there any way to pre-select the products I'll get?
While we understand the desire to pre-select the bourbon you receive, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate that request. Our team of experts works tirelessly with our brand partners to identify the best combination of juice and value across their portfolios. As a result, we can't promise a specific bourbon but can assure you that each one is handpicked with care and consideration.
We believe that part of the excitement and adventure of our Mystery Box is the element of surprise, and we have no doubt that our curated selection will exceed your expectations. Trust us, and let us take you on a journey through the world of bourbon. You won't be disappointed!
What Are My Odds To Win An Allocated Bottle?
It depends on the tier you choose.
- Classic: Allocated bottles are occasionally included, but not guaranteed.
- Reserve: At least one allocated bottle is guaranteed in every box.
- Vault: Every bottle is allocated — no exceptions.
Regardless of tier, every Mystery Box meets or exceeds its published minimum value and is curated by our team with no filler or minimums.
Classic is about discovery and value.
Reserve and Vault are built for those who want allocation certainty.
Will my Mystery Box - Classic, Reserve, or Vault - come with tasting notes?
At the heart of our Mystery Box experience is the personalized tasting notes we provide to each of our customers. Our team of experts takes great care to curate a selection of bottles specifically for your Mystery Box, and our tasting notes will be tailored to those bottles.
When you receive your Mystery Box, you can expect to receive a 1-pager with detailed tasting notes, food pairings, and even video content that showcases the unique flavors and aromas of your selected bottles.
