With a mahogany appearance, the nose brings a scent of maple syrup barrels, along with a delightful aroma of maple and sugared nuts that is accented by oak and herbs. The palate is rich and creamy with more sweetness, as well as notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and caramel. The finish is wonderfully long with notes of dark sugar, tobacco, and sweet butter.

I love Widow Jane, and the Decadence is good, however the maple is VERY subtle and it’s also not too sweet. Generally, these could be considered a good thing, but in my opinion I wanted a little more of both.
