Clase Azul Añejo Tequila is a premium aged tequila crafted by Clase Azul Spirits, a distinguished Mexican distillery celebrated for its commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Añejo, which translates to "aged" in Spanish, refers to tequila that has been aged in oak barrels for at least one year.
This exquisite tequila is made from 100% blue agave harvested from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, renowned for producing some of the finest agave plants. The heart of the agave is cooked in traditional stone ovens and then distilled using artisanal methods to create a smooth and flavorful spirit.
Clase Azul Añejo Tequila is aged for a minimum of 25 months in oak barrels, allowing it to develop rich and complex flavors. During this aging process, the tequila takes on notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice from the wood, while still retaining the distinct character of the agave.
The tequila is presented in Clase Azul's iconic handcrafted ceramic decanter, adorned with intricate artwork inspired by Mexican culture and traditions. Each decanter is a work of art in itself, making Clase Azul Añejo Tequila not only a premium spirit but also a collector's item.
With its smooth and refined taste, Clase Azul Añejo Tequila is best enjoyed sipped neat or on the rocks, allowing you to fully appreciate its complex flavors and luxurious mouthfeel. It's a tequila that embodies the spirit of Mexico's rich heritage and the artistry of traditional craftsmanship.
