Each week we secure a small allocation of one spirit and release it at a price we’re not permitted to publish in advance. The bottle is named all week. The price stays sealed until Friday at twelve noon, and the allocation closes the moment it’s gone.

The original wheated bourbon, aged a full twelve years at Buffalo Trace and bottled at 90 proof. The extra time in oak gives it more depth than the younger Wellers: caramel, dried fruit and toasted oak, with the soft, rounded finish wheat is known for.

How many bottles are in a drop?
A limited quantity — whatever we manage to secure that week, which is never many. We don’t publish the count, and the drop closes the moment it’s gone.
Is there a purchase limit?
