Milam & Greene Provisions Bourbon Whiskey is a smooth, low-proof blend of bold Texas pot-still bourbon and classic Kentucky straight bourbon, finished under the Texas sun in a unique “Texification” process that adds extra richness and character. With inviting notes of honeyed oak, roasted peanuts, caramel, toasted vanilla, and dark cherry, it delivers classic bourbon flavor in an easygoing, versatile pour that’s just as at home in a paper cup by the fire as it is in a crafted cocktail.

Milam & Greene Provisions Bourbon is a blend of Texas pot‑still bourbon and Kentucky straight bourbon, rested and “Texified” in the Texas Hill Country climate for added character. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) with a mash bill of 70% corn, 22% malted rye, and 8% malted barley, it is crafted to be smooth, slightly sweet, and highly approachable.

Honey‑drizzled oak leads with roasted peanuts, orange zest, and warm baking spice, supported by hints of maple sugar and light tobacco. Subtle Texas “funk” and floral notes add a rustic, grain‑forward complexity.

The palate is rich yet easygoing, showing caramel, toasted vanilla, dark cherry, sweet cornbread, and a touch of cinnamon and cocoa. A silky mouthfeel and gentle sweetness make it welcoming for both newer and seasoned bourbon drinkers.

Expect a medium, drying finish of charred oak, burnt sugar, and worn leather, accented by cracked pepper and a hint of licorice or amaro-like bitterness. Brown sugar and buttered‑rum notes linger pleasantly on the palate.
