Chicken Cock Small Batch is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon crafted from a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, aged for a minimum of 5 years in charred American white oak barrels from the Appalachian region. Each batch combines just 6 barrels that are matured on the 2nd and 5th floors of the rickhouse, then bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) to preserve the nuanced character of this small-batch expression.

The bouquet opens with bright citrus notes of orange marmalade and orange zest, followed by warm spice (allspice and clove), subtle leather, and dark chocolate.
