Wyoming Whiskey Single Barrel Bourbon is crafted from Wyoming-grown grains using a mashbill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% barley, fermented for 72 hours and distilled in a column still. Aged 5 years in the extreme climate of Wyoming's Big Horn Basin, each barrel is hand-selected from the top 1% for its unique character, yielding about 220 bottles at 48% ABV. This unblended expression captures the rugged essence of the region in a deep copper to mahogany hue.

Aromas evoke dark honey, caramel nougat, browned butter, cola, black currant, dried dates, sandalwood, and pear, with subtle white chocolate and roasted oak.
