Crafted from single-estate 100% Blue Weber agave grown in rich red clay soil, it's slow-roasted in traditional ovens, fermented via the Mozart method with three unique yeasts, and uniquely rested for 14 days in rare 12-year-old Weller bourbon barrels—infusing buttery cooked agave, earthy peppercorn and celery notes, bright citrus, and a warm, lingering spice at 42% ABV without any additives. Crafted in micro small batches at NOM 1580 by master distiller Sergio Cruz and master blender Oscar Vazquez Camarena, it undergoes open-air fermentation with special yeasts before distillation in stainless and copper stills. Uniquely, this blanco is rested for 14 days in rare 12-year-old Weller wheated bourbon barrels, bottled at 42% ABV (84 proof) for enhanced aroma and texture without full aging.

Bright aromas of fresh cooked agave, citrus zest, floral notes, and subtle herbal spice mingle with earthy minerality, dry hay or white oak, and hints of white pepper, celery, and almond.
