It features an innovative five-grain mash bill—70% corn, 13% rye, 10% malted barley, 4% chocolate-malted wheat, and 3% chocolate-malted barley—aged in handmade toasted and charred American oak casks from Kelvin Cooperage. This deliberate craftsmanship yields remarkable depth, balance, and a bold chocolate-forward profile inspired by Kentucky's horse racing heritage.
