Krupp Brothers M5 Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the renowned Stagecoach Vineyard's M5 block in Napa Valley, at elevations around 1,550 feet on rocky Hambright and Haire loam soils. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon undergoes a 4-day cold soak, extended skin contact of 3-4 weeks, and 19-22 months aging in mostly new French oak barrels from premium coopers like Taransaud and Seguin Moreau. Limited production—often under 350 cases—yields a full-bodied wine at 15.1% alcohol, embodying classic mountain terroir with structured tannins and aging potential up to 2038 or beyond.

Enticing layers of crème de cassis, ripe blackberry, dark cherry, violet, white pepper, cocoa, and toasted oak, with hints of lilac, cardamom, and mountain flora.
