Just a perfect Bourbon for sipping that displays multiple layers of flavor to contemplate. On the nose, chocolate covered fig, dried mango, sliced pears, vanilla-toffee, caramel cream, and cinnamon candy. On the palate, fruit leads with Irish Pot Still influence becoming more evident in tandem as spice percolates. The finish is rich and layered with fig and dried mango slowly fading away with chocolate and cinnamon candy.
