This artfully crafted bourbon combines spirits from Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Maryland, aged between 5 and 9 years, and undergoes a secondary maturation in new American oak casks. The result is a rich, complex whiskey with a mash bill of 73% corn, 23% rye, and 4% malted barley, bottled at a perfect 100 proof (50% ABV). Tasting notes reveal a harmonious balance of dark chocolate, toasted marshmallow, dried fruit, and subtle leather, complemented by hints of apple fritter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brûléed banana.
