I had looked and looked to find this bourbon to no avail. When I saw it on Bourbon Central I jumped at the chance to purchase this product. I’ve enjoyed all the 1792 that I had tasted but this one was off the chart. It has become one of my all time favorite and I’m grateful that Bourbon Central has it as a selection. A very nice blend of young and old wood notes, with lighter punches of black cherry, vanilla, orange, and a slight hint of spice. It’s not an overpowering blend for a 91 proof bourbon, but it certainly has a good amount of life to it. Not overly complex, but its surface level aromas are hard to dislike.
