Redwood Empire Screaming Titan Wheated Bourbon Whiskey, 750ml, Small Lot Series. Our Small Lot Series allows us to continue our spirit of experimentation by applying our hard-won house style to products with a specific focus. This wheated bourbon whiskey is in a league of its own. PALATE: Cutting into some of the richness and viscosity of corn, this larger wheat component lightens this bourbon up a bit and lets the honey's floral notes shine through. Malted chocolate and peanuts up front give this a classic Bourbon profile—hints of rye lead to delicate cereal grain-like flavors. Light notes of shortbread cookie join Coco nibs and baking spices on the finish. MASH BILL: 4% Malt, 7% Rye, 59% Corn, 30% Wheat 96 Proof (ABV 48%)
