Blended grape brandy made from 60% Malvasia Bianco from the mountainous region of Candia in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and 40% Moscato Bianco grown in the Euganei hills in the Veneto region. Because Uvaviva is obtained by fermenting the whole grape in stainless steel, the final distillate is rich and aromatic like the juice of the grapes from which it is made.
