Marie Brizard Cassis Dijon Liqueur

This black currant liqueur offers a deep plum color and concentrated dark berry aroma, plus an earthy hint. On the palate, it's full bodied, with big notes of port, cherries in syrup and raspberry jam. Though pleasant to sip alone as a digestif, it's ideal lightened up with sparkling wine in a kir royale.
