The flagship sancerre from this traditional producer based in the tiny village of Sury-en-vaux. From 30 year old vines, it's fermented in stainless steel and spends three months on the lees for added texture. lovely aromas of white flowers and citrus zest, and plenty of refreshing acidity make this the perfect classic, classy white to stock up on.
