Hine Antique XO Premier Cognac
- The story
- Shipping information
first released in 1920 and was comprised of both eaux-de-vie from Petite and Grande Champagne regions. It is now comprised of only Grande Champagne with an average age of 20 years (and a minimum of 10 years). The wood used in the HINE Cognac house is mostly Tronçais oak (Limousin oak is most common) which is slower to grow which provides a tighter and finer grain. This equates to fewer tannins in the final product.
