Compass Box Brûlée Royale is a limited-edition Blended Malt Scotch Whisky bottled in August 2025 at 49% ABV, not chill-filtered, with only 8,556 bottles worldwide. It centers on Clynelish single malt matured in custom-toasted and charred second-fill American oak barrels, blended with Benrinnes for custard notes and a small portion of 24-year-old Speyburn aged in refill American hogsheads. Lead whiskymaker Samuel Travers crafted this indulgent expression, drawing inspiration from the 17th-century Crème Brûlée invented at Versailles.

Immediate Crème Brûlée aromas unfold into custard Danish, scorched sugar brittles, caramelized sugar, toasted oak, vanilla custard, baked fruit, poached pears, and freshly opened vanilla pods.

Thick and silken with clotted cream, honeyed malt, broiled peaches, custard, Tarte Tatin, peach, butterscotch, spiced molasses, and gentle nutmeg spice.

Pannacotta, silken jersey milk, toasted sugar, and banana split linger luxuriously.
