How to run a tasting with one of these

Four to six pours is the ceiling before palate fatigue sets in. Pour about half an ounce of each, work from lowest proof to highest, and keep water and plain crackers on the table. Do not add ice until you have tasted everything neat — dilution is a one-way door, and a splash of water at the end will show you a different whiskey than the same pour did cold.
