This vibrant spirit is then rested for a minimum of six months in a cuvée of 15-16 fine oak casks, including American and European varieties, to infuse subtle wood influences while preserving its juniper backbone. The result is a sophisticated 46% ABV gin that blends gin's versatility with the depth of aged spirits.
