    Damaged/defective product

    I am having issues with my order having difficulties getting help from customer service. I emailed them a few times regarding my damaged bottles but never got a reply back. Only received auto reply that someone is going to contact me but 2 weeks already passed and still have not yet to get any help.

    Wonderful ordering on line. First of all: You actually had the item.

    Second: it was at a decent price.

    S&H was good. But, that really has little to do with you unless I ordered next day or whatever.

    I would definitely use you again and have recommended you to several of my friends.

Speyside, Scotland - Rare Cask is crafted using first fill sherry seasoned oak casks, handpicked by our Master Whisky Maker from less than 1% of the casks maturing at The Macallan Distillery. Sip neat or add a drop or two of water to open the flavor and aromas. 

Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.
