After careful selection, the grapes from Rocca delle Macie estates are vinified in the traditional method of Chianti Classico. Once the fermentation is complete, the wine is matured in oak barrels for at least 2 years then bottled. It remains in the bottle for a minimum of 3 months to mature before being released.
