Aged on the lees for 21 months, this blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 28% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Chardonnay (all grown in Bethon, just south of Epernay) has a golden color, rich texture, and fine bubbles. A complex toasty nose with notes of berries, pear, and citrus on the palate, plus a long finish.
