Vivier Chardonnay

Vivier's Sonoma Coast Chardonnay from 35-year-old Old Wente clones grown on sustainable vineyards on loamy clay and silt soils. All fruit is hand-harvested and the wine is aged in custom French oak barrels for 18 months without bâtonnage and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Stéphane describes the wines as "Meursault style with California fruit expression."
